Installations Process
2. Estimation
We will visit the customer's home, listen to the customer's requests and budget, and make the best proposal and estimate.
Once you agree with the estimate, we will decide on the date of installation. We will also bring samples of the actual products, so please take your time to taste the difference and choose the one you are most satisfied with.
3. Pickup
Our staff will take care of moving your furniture, so please leave it to us.
We kindly ask for about 30 minutes of your presence.
4. Production
The tatami you ordered will be carefully replaced by our experienced craftsmen. The room will be transformed into an atmosphere that meets the customer's wishes. We will remove the old tatami surface and replace it with a new one. We also offer free repairs for worn-out tatami floors, gaps, and uneven surfaces.
5. Delivery
We will deliver the newly replaced tatami mats to you.
